Spindle is a pretty easy fix and should have no problem clearing 30's.

whats the wheel bolt pattern and do any of the 5 lugs come in a 15 inch wheel? If not..what kind of offset isneeded to clear 30s with stock fenders?

Both downey and fabtech make a 3" lift spindle for the 5 lug tacomas. As for rims you can run 15x7's with a backspacing of 3.75, thats what I run. Heres my 5 lug tacoma, it can do a little more than just drive down bessemer mine road. http://www.race-dezert.com/vb3/attachments/old/images/graemlins/smile.gif

that a bit too rediculous... I dont need an extra foot of track width! I need 30 inch tires and no rubbing...

Spindles would be the best way to go.Also add a pair of bilstein shocks. But do not beat the spindles to hard.
