Want to convert my bender to hydraulic, but jd2 was closed when I called them. I am sure it will also take longer than I want to get the parts so I will just build it myself if nobody local (oc) has the conversion kit model3.

You might want to do a search. I think this has been covered.

Try Baja Racing Products in Fallbrook. That's where I got my bender

Here you go. On the upper tool bar, click on search, then enter JD2 hydraulic. You'll find a thread all about this subject. Scroll down to the title "JD2 Hydraulic."

easy to do,i got a jd2 setup i build a table and a 2"bore 24" travel ram w/ a 3000psi pump, does a 90 degree bend in one shot. have to beef up my bender (made a whole new one )and i add 2 ears on to it so i could use the smaller dies (without drive holes)w the ram. if u want come by and i will let u check it out.

the 3" bore ram makes it a lot slower has more power.just so u know,2" ram is good to bend 2" .120cr.table is nice so u can have a place to put the tubing when u lay out your bends, and as a welding bench.all my die hang under the table.also hight is important, u dont want to be bent over. notice how mine hang off and the way it swings that important too because you will get into probems where the tube hits the bender. mine works great. good luck.
