Dont worry you guys. I just happen to know about a top secret quad being built in a very well known trophy truck shop. The bike will have a one of a kind rear end!! Hoping to have it done for Vegas to Reno or the 1000 to unveil the beast! I'm sworn to secrecy so thats all I can say about that, but I do know yours truly will be racing it!! Cant wait!

I know Mark was racing with Todd Hunter a year or so ago in BITD. In the Nevada 1000 on day 3, he crashed coming down the mountain rd into Silver Peak I think it was. He crashed pretty good and was injured. Havent seen him racing lately. If anybody talks to him let him know we would like to see him back out there.

it had a 20k tag on it at contingency. Id like to see a dyno graph of the motor. Doubling the output is an incredible feat in that aircooled motor that has to live in the desert.

That aircooled motor didn't have alot of power to begin with, but there's alot of potential in it.
I rode that quad when Russ Ramsey had it...maybe he still does. It was funky to say the least, lots of lean to it. Great idea, good for the fast stuff, definitely slower in the switchbacks and tech than a regular quad.

It needed a sway bar...not sure why they would go independent like that with no sway bar.

I have been thinking of doing a quad like this but i was gonna use the 650r motor.
wonder why he did the 650L motor? The 650r has way more potential. supposable the l motor makes more torque?

When they started designing this thing, the 650R was just coming out. I seem to remember them wanting the electric start as well as the simplicity of the air-cooled motor. That way they could concentrate on the chassis design.

It was inside Kartek on display for awhile. At least the price has come down to somewhat reasonable. It was for sale for a loooong time for $18k.

i dont think the quad was sold , im personal freinds with all those guys from the riders to the builder . yes the quad is fast as hell , the only time anyone will pass eichner is on this quad , a REAL 100mph quad ........ 14-16 in the front andk 18-20 travel in the rear . was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy over engineerd , kept breaking chains , melted it down once , fliped it a couple of times . put fredrics on this one , actually i thought josh and todd were supposed to ride this thing in the 1000 years back . kawi instead .
