Filled the truck with gas,and went to start the truck to leave, and nothing. Not even a dead battery lazy turnover.I put a jump pack on to see if that would help, and nothing.I also have no electrical what so ever.No headlights, dome light,radio,etc..I had checked the fuses and all looked good.Ground wire looked fine,so now I'm really lost.I'm hoping maybe one of the Toyota Guru's out there may have incountered this problem. Thanks for any help.

Totaly dead battery, or the main fuse line next to the battery postive wire is bad.
Start there, those are the easy ones.

I had this happen to me in almost the same scenario. I finally figured out my problem was the terminals on the battery. I just took the battery cables off and ran some sandpaper around the terminals and inside the clamps until I got them back to bare metal. My toyota has a problem with the terminals corroding more often than they should. I have talked to a few people about this and they say they have the same problem. After I got them all cleaned up it started as good as new. Start with the easy, then beat you're head over it. Food for thought.

Thanks for the help.Chuckh you had hit the nail right on the head with cable going from positive battery terminal to the fuse box.It appears that the previous owner had taped into that wire, and looks like all they had done was twist the wires together, then doing some electrical tape. After years of this B.S. connection, and the heat under the hood the electrical tape finally gave up.Now it fires right up,like nothing happened. Thanks again for the advice.
