Thinking about gas prices and trying to save a buck or two. These spacers are supposed to spin the air or "charge " it as they say and burn more efficiently. Anybody have one? Do they work?

The only people who see positive results are the ones who sell them. In the real world, when you add the spacer they probably suggest that you get a tuneup, correct the tire pressure, clean the air filter, remove the tailgate, etc. After you spend a Saturday doing all that, Sunday you will subconciously use a lighter foot on the pedal. And then your mileage WILL go up.

I'm taking a shot in the dark here having no knoledge of these spacers but if the air intake is increased (sped up) Wouldn't the MASS air sensor increase the fuel mixture to avoid leaning out the engine? If this is true then wouldn't the spacer make your MPG worse than it was? Anyone know how these things work?

A spacer is a waste of 60 dollars. Save the money to buy gas dont waste it. I have built a few motors and used or seen TBS used before and the diffrence is not measurable.
