Fusion Designs Racing, Inc., has completed the design and development on its all new 4 seat pre-runner. Built for the serious desert enthusiast and racer, the car incorporates innovative weight distribution and suspension geometry which addresses front end push and provides a plush ride in the roughest conditions.
Transaxle options are: Fortin 5 speed with torque converter or Mendeola S4 or S5. Power to the ground is delivered via Fortin Floaters with ventilated rotors, attached to Walker Evans Beadlock on BFG Project Tires.
Power plant options are: the LS2, LS6, or LS7 w/digital dash, cooled by an oversized C&R Radiator with integrated heat exchanger.
Other features of the 4130 chromoly chassis and suspension are: billet aluminum spindles w/hollow snout, oversized Fox 3-1/2" inch rear and 3" front bypass shocks accompanied by 3" rear and 2-1/2" front coil carriers, windshield, roof rack with integrated HID pivoting light bar, 35 gal long range fuel cell, Lowrance Color GPS, 4 way intercom with Kenwood race radio, XM amplifier, additional spare tire rack, and Beard Ultra Seats.
Car specifications: 3200 lbs, 16’8” in length, 91 ½ in. wide, 23" travel front and rear
