That shot is on the beach in Cabo! The beach is called Playa Chileno or Bahia Chileno. Just minutes from the finish line in downtown Cabo San Lucas. Do you know where the Baja 2000 finished? Right at the Bullring Downtown? Well, keep driving on the Baja 2000 course past the Bullring on the arroyo, called Arroyo Seco, onto the beach on Cabo Bay (Bahia San Lucas) in between Villa Del Palmar [HQ for the Baja 2000] and Cascades Hotel. That beach is called Playa Medano (Dune Beach). There will be a Laughlin style jump at the finish, onto the beach! Good video! Desert racing is my life, so I figure taking 4 years away and fighting for this country so I have that privilege is worth it. Good bless my fellow solders who gave the ultimate sacrifice for this country!
