Xtreme Motorsports Announces
Status as a Publicly Traded Company
Bakersfield, CA (3/16/2006) – Xtreme Motorsports recently announced that it has become a publicly traded Nevada Corporation. Xtreme Motorsports will now be known as Xtreme Motorsports of California, Inc. establishing the company as the first publicly traded Sandcar manufacturer in the world. This comes on the heels of the recent merger between Xtreme Motorsports and Carley Enterprises which was finalized earlier this year.
Carley Enterprises (OTC: CRLY.PK) has provided the resources to take Xtreme Motorsports of California Inc. (OTC: XMMC.PK) to new heights by providing the means to be the first publicly traded Sandcar manufacturer in the world. “We feel that this acquisition is extremely beneficial to our broad range of customers around the world,” said Alan McCaa, President and CEO.
The management will continue to be run by the original founding family of the McCaa's with Alan McCaa leading the way. “We’ve been working on this for quite some time. I wanted the right team of people in place before we went public. After some time, we now have a team that consists of some of the best in the business and look forward to many more successful years of manufacturing. You’re going to see some pretty amazing changes within the next couple years. We plan on bringing some ideas into the market that will simply knock people’s socks off,” said McCaa.
