Xtreme Motorsports of California, Inc. Begins Trading on OTC Pink Sheets

BAKERSFIELD, CA, Apr 04, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Xtreme Motorsports of California, Inc. (OTC: XMMC), a specialty sandcar and racecar developer and manufacturer, begins trading on the Over-The-Counter (OTC) Pink Sheets as XMMC.PK.
Xtreme Motorsports is part of the multi-billion dollar off-road recreational and professional racing market. Off-road vehicle ("ORV") racing is one of the fastest growing sports in the U.S.

According to industry estimates, 49.6 million people have ridden or driven off-road vehicles at least once during the Fall 2003/Spring 2004 season. This represents almost 23% of the entire U.S. population. 18.2 million of these participants were under 30, while 21.7 million were 30 to 50 years of age, demonstrating the market's broad appeal.

"There is significant opportunity for providing high-quality customized vehicles at a fair price," said Alan McCaa, CEO of Xtreme Motorsports. "We have made the transition from a private to a public company, and will continue to focus all corporate initiatives on becoming a leader in the sandcar market."
