if the thread title is too long this happens sometimes. The only knwon workaround today is to shorten the title length of your new thread then edit it afterwards to the complete long thread-name.

Hm...the title was kinda long, but the thread was very short. I came back 3 times later in the day and it finally worked... :confused:
