Cheap paint shop?

I'm sure everyone wants one. :cool: I'm looking for a cheap paint shop. I 'm just looking for something decent (i.e. race truck style). No body work, just prep and shoot. That is where the catch is, in the prep. I'm not after a great paint job but I do want it to stick. I've got a Jeep ZJ that the paint is strarting to fly off of. :eek: It's one of the many early 90's-late 80's trucks that had bad primer/sealer. From what I've been told it needs to go to bare metal then sealed again. Anyone got a cheap shop in the Inland Empire/ High Desert area that can handle this?
