Does anyone know of an alternative to the UMP air box for Weber carbs? Since UMP moved, it is impossible to get parts. I need a setup for New Years and was just wondering what's out there outside of making one. I found an alternative air filter which uses the same element as the UMP Super Filter. The filter unit has a 3" inlet and outlet. Take a look at the pic.

Try McKenzies. They sell a filter in a plastic canister.

I've got the filter canister (very simiar to the one Mckenzies sells). I'm talking about the box that attaches to the carb. It bolts to the top of the weber and has a 3" inlet.

Sounds like you're looking for a plenum box. Again, try McKenzies or Kartek. They should have what you need in stock and be able to get it to you prior to New Years.

The filter in the pic is a Donaldson set up and can be purchased through any Donaldson dealer.
