Toyota 22RE EFI fuse keeps blowing

I traced all of the wire looms and can't seem to locate any wires grounding out, then found that the first O2 sensor wires were exposed and could have been gounding out. My question is, could this have been my issue, are the o2 sensors on the EFI circut??

not 100% sure, but had a friend with the same issue w/ a 3.4 v6. The 02 grounded out and would blow the EFI
