Currently nearing completion at Race Prep Services (RPS) in San Clemente, CA, this all-new build will feature the familiar Corona Extra colors on the Ford F150-body. For short-course competition, these graphics will be produced as digital vinyl by Signpros in La Habra, CA.
Look for the "Beerman" to make his Pro2 debut at the season-opening CORR race, April 20-22 in Lancaster, CA.
Tony Barraza Designworks congratulates owner Steve Sourapas and offers best
wishes to everyone at Sourapas Motorsports/Corona Racing for a successful transition to CORR Pro2 competition in 2007.

Pro 2 is going to be one of the best classes in CORR with so many more teams racing!
Steve is a great driver, and a longtime friend of RDC.

RPS is realy excited to be building Steve's new Pro-2. We fired it up last night and it sounds truly mean. Leon Patton built the motor. RPS is looking forward to watching Steve and his new Pro-2 at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds on April 20-22. Don't get bummed if you go to our website. We are having a completly new site being built as we speak. It will be launched next Friday (April 20). Be prepared to be blown away by the new site and Steve's Pro-2.

Is steve's a truck built in house or another chassis ?

The Spec part of the chassis which consists of just the bottom square box and the pivot pionts was purchased from Baldwin Racing. After that it's all RPS designed and built by Nick and Justin. It will be a quality part but the driver will be on a steep learning curve. Lots of people came thru big time to make this project a reality and they are, RPS Sports, Roy and crew from Kartek and Pro-Am, John from Fox Shocks, Tony from Rancho Transmission, Leon and Chris fron Patton Racing Engines, Barry from Gearworks, Mark from HP wiring, Scott from ECP Coatings, Big Tony and Cecil for the design and decals, and of course Barry and Cory Beacham and Randy. It's going to be very exciting next weekend and I can't wait to see how our team comes together.

1469 - You're good!
At the time I started my rendering, I didn't have any chassis pics of Sourapas' build, so I used Barlow's P2 as reference for my template.
Good catch!
