Has anyone found a reliable and effective cooler for use with a power rack and TC pump? Seems to me that the primary cause of power steering pump failures(seems to be extremely common) on Class 1/10 cars is overheating the fluid and a resultant failure of the pump vanes. The inline coolers that Howe offers would seem to be inadequate for race car usage. What works?

i just purchased and installed the howe steering cooler i talked to howe over and over to make sure the cooler was adequet and they told me over and over thats all i need. i have not raced with the new set up yet but we will see. also just as important as the cooler is line sizes. #10 from res to pump, #6 from pump to box, #8 return from box to cooler back to res. if you use another cooler make sure it is a tubular design. other kinds of coolers can cause cavitation in the system.
