PS2 Network Adaptor

well the 40 dollar network adaptor is out .....anyone tried it yet!!?? cant wait till some badass racing games go online!!

Explain this. Is it just an ethernet that is routed off of your computer coneection? Do all the games work over the network or jsut certain?

just certain games work . so far theres S.O.C.O.M US Navy Seals , Tony Hawk 3 , Madden2003.

now that the adapter is out , more game developers should be making games , and im sure theres more than those three out right now. on the back of the game there are the little symbols for amount of players , what rating the game falls into and now the online multiplayer.

its a little box that plugs into the back of a PS2 and utilizes your curent (if you are online) connection. the box looked like it had 2 ethernet plugin on it . hmm now im really curious exactly how it works lol. i was hoping to get one for my birthday but now im going to have to hunt one down sooner :)
