Those are made by bridgestone, not bfg.

I think bridgestone fusions are an onroad/sport car tire.

I've seen those tires with the flame tread pattern on some disco trucks though, looks like it'd be hydroplane mania in the rain

There is a pretty sick video of the Arciero Miller Racing truck doing some testing on the Nitto site and the truck is supposed to to be running the Dune Grapplers but it is hard to tell from the vid.

I doubt it, those things are STREET tires in my opinion.

I think you mean these Nitto Dune Grapplers
I have been running them for about six months, 315/70-17 35" tires are great in the sand and quiet on the highway!
Great choice for a "racer chaser", I wasn't really sure about the flamed sidewall but it works and everyone diggs the way they look :D

They look a little like the Yokohama Super Digger, from a distance.

well I stand corrected. ;)

I could only find them online in somewhat low profiles for large wheels so I thought they were stictly for super duties and hummer h2's with 2 foot lift kits.

I think this is what your thinking of. Its a private label bridgestone, which means they don't actually call it a bridgestone but it is made by them. I hate to be a name dropper but my parents have owned tires stores for years so i am pretty sure on this.
