Bronco coil over spring rate?

What are you guys running as far as spring rates? I am just trying to get a good starting point for the spring rates.


My Bronco info is

Front
2.5" 14" coil overs
4" per side beams
351w
Fiberglass fenders and hood

Rear
2.5" 17" coil overs off the rear end
9 inch
4 bar 4 link

Front will be 400/500.

Rear, need more info, length of arms and lenght from front pivot to shocks.

I've always been curious what rates and lengths people are running on the Spirit coil-over buckets.
