I have more shots from that sequence that will be in the gallery. It was scary when they were coming right for the k rail that I was standing behind... Not as bad as the guy that almost got hit today though. The truck stopped inches from him on the k rail. He was looking the other way and didn't even notice the truck doing a rail slide right behind him...

Yeah, that was crazy. I was too far away to dive for the k rail so I was running away from it and the rescue truck was blazing past. I had to strike a happy medium between running in front of the safety truck and getting away from the race trucks heading my way.

The guy that nearly got nailed by Douglas while his back was turned decided to stand on the rocks at the bottom of the ski jump for an encore.

I think he thought someone tapped him on the shoulder to ask hime a question but when he turned around to see who it was,It turned out to be The Douglas Pro 2 saying hi.Scary looking stuff. If he was standing a few feet to the left,Things would have been way different.Thank god he wasn't.Someone was definately looking over that guy!
