I got hard line from the master cylinder all the way to the rear calipers. The rear feels really mushy. The front has a 2 or 4 pound residual valve on it. I think that's what you call it. How do i get better brake feel out of the rear? I think the bias is set more towards the front but you can tell the rear cylinder goes in way more than the front and the pedal feels mush.

Probably help if you gave some more info, vehicle / OEM or aftermarket system / new install? Lastly, not that I doubt your abilities, but have you completely bled the system of air?
I know with the combination of CNC masters and Wilwood calipers, I have to get every last bit of air out of the system before the pedal stops feeling mushy.

Maybe a bad master cylinder. If its a CNC system try rebuilding it.

Baja Shop Truggy. I think it's a CNC system and yes they have wilwood calipers. I have not bled the air system totally on the back because the little nipple is stripped so i gotta get a new one. I know i should start there but i was just wondering if there was anything i was missing.

There you go, replace that bleed screw, get ALL the air out and it should be fine. If it's still mushy after that, rebuild the MC's.
