Ok on my 2002 Tundra I need new bake pads. I am going to go with a more high performance compound from Porterfield. I was thinking of also upgrading my rotors to cryo'ed slotted ones from Powerslot. I now might hold off on the rotors till next month right b4 the 1000, but in the mean while I would like to get my current rotors turned and install the new pads. Does this seem like a problem to anyone? Will the carbon kevlar compound be ok on the stock rotors? Or would you guys recommend the slotted rotors at the same time? Just trying to save a few $ till the 1000.
