With the 94-01 you would either need to run coil springs or have new upper arm mounts welded on, so that kills bolt on. The new ones look like they would work pretty well though, pretty sure the coil bucket is easily removeable, the upper mounts are stand alone, there are glass options, etc., so my guess is that no one has put up a truck and money for a reputable shop to do the R&D.

I've asked this question too. I emailed someone at KORE and they told me it's being looked into. I know that Dixon Bros we're also talking about building a kit.

I think that a Camburg or Blitz doing one would make them take off, I could just imagine a billet uppered Ram being the next craze. The Dodge 4-door being the only option above regular cab before the rediculous mega cab would mean you had no reason not to go 3-4 seat. I think the new Dodge's use 3-bolt snouts, so some of the work for a full tilt kit is already done. How much are '02s? Maybe I'll have to bite the bullet.

I thought about building one for my truck, but I don't currently have the time or the place to do it. But this isn't the first time this subject has come up. So if anyone is reading this *Hint Hint Camburg* Help us Dodge guys out.

It would be really cool to see some Kore stuff on these trucks. I have only recently delt with them (last few months) because we built a 4 seat prerunner for them, and building a little something else as well. I can tell you that they are hands down some of the best guys i have ever met in this industry. Kent, the owner is one of the most enthusiastic guys i know. He really loves this sport/industry and i really get the sense that he is in this for the love of racing. He is also one of the most knowledgeable guys i know with racing. I have also met their engineer and he is also very knowledgeable. Im not sure what or when they will release something but im sure it will be nothing but top notch.
Great company, Great products, Great people. KORE

My next post was going to be asking if anyone knew what you made that glass for. Was it made for any specific project?

Yes, I made it for a guy in Cabo and shipped it out to him. I have another set we made to install ourselves for a feature, but that has not happened yet. I am still looking for a vehicle.

I meant is the vehicle you built it for a stock based 2 wheel drive? Seems pretty aggressive for a solid axle 4wd. Tube chassis would be awesome though. Was looking for more info on the truck.

Atomic Motorsports Concepts has done a 2wd dodge ram mine is in the process of being built right now. but the price tag for the Atomic kits is outrageous in my opinion.

I know this thread is on the full size newer trucks but I would like to some Dakotas be built. They already come with a V8 and they are the biggest mid size truck(3 seats). I personally think they would look really good as a pre-runner too.

Actually the 4wd 1500 KORE kit is almost ready. I drove it the other day, it is really plush. Kits should be available any day now, just boxing up some parts and getting 'em ready. Kent can correct me but I'm pretty sure this is the kit that won best new product at this past off road impact. Now, back to grinding something...

Zambo,
Do you know if the 4x4 will work on the 2wd I think Kent said they were the same but not sure. Also I remember him saying they are in the neighborhood of 13" of travel and are completely bolt on.

Yes the kit is completely bolt on, no welding or even drilling. Just under 13in with 4wd and no increase in trackwidth. No Santee specials here. A lot of time and energy went into the design of the high angle CVs to make it work right. To be honest I don't know if it will work on the 2wd model, but I'd be surprised if it didn't. I'd bet the a-arms are the same. I'll have to find out. We'll be prerunning the 500 with this kit.

They have the SRT hoods on ebay for a great price, and I am sure you saw the hood from McNeil on this thread.
