How do i get the podcast set up?

Did you go to our site under archive or bonus tracks
There should be archived shows there to listen to via the stream or if you have Itunes also

Well i went there but yes i am stumped on this one. i have i tunes and would like to know what to do to be able to get it. any more info or possibly a link would be good.
