ok so my buddy has a 05 ram 1500 and he cracked in half the cast piece that bolts into the a-arm and it has pressed into it the ball joint that connects to the spindle. i was wondering if anybody has tried or had any thoughts on building a piece that replaces the cast one with a cromoly piece with a uniball pressed into it. i have started the modeling in solidworks and i have access to a haas cnc mill so making it is no prob. i was also wondering what website has the dimensions of the uniballs they sell.
