I have a 2002 Tundra with Glassworks front and rear fenders and a bed cage with tripple bypass shocks complimented with Deaver Leaf packs (length unknown).

I currently have a Flowmaster 40 series dumped before the rear end. I wanted to do something a little different, so I wanted to run it out the side of the truck. Has anybody done this before on a pre-runner truck? I think that in order to do this, Ill have to move the muffler forward about a foot in order to clear the front leaf spring shackle. Will this drastically increase interior resonance?

I've seen this done on tons of pre runners. It looks bad arse.

I don't think it will increase interior noise too much because it actually points away from the truck instead of shooting all the sound waves under the truck.
