Building your own fuel cell?

I'm toying with the idea of building my own cell. What does everyone do for bladders? I heard there is a way to make your own to make a cell race legal?

you build the can and and take all the measurements to someone to have a liner made.I think fuel-safe will make a liner for a custom can.

Build your own can then call Harmon Fuel Cells. Jim will custom make it as good or better than Fuel Safe for a lot less $.
