Nice job there!
We're having a picnic tonight, with the kids, on the family room floor. Chinese food and white wine. Bought her some earings to match a necklace she already has.

Surprised her with a bouquet of a dozen red roses this morning when she came downstairs. Later activities still classified and not for public release.

I went to the local farmers market last night, got a buttload of flowers for 9 bucks. Put as many as would fit into a red Dixie cup and wrote "be my valentine" on it with a Sharpie. gave her some Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson chocolates too.
You can tell we like NASCAR eh?:D

Cut heart shaped waffles for my little girl's breakfast. Told the wife that we would do something tomorrow (friday) to celebrate, but had flowers at work to surprise her.

I got the girls (my wife and daughter) cards, and some little trinket gifts. I took off from work a couple of hours early, and I went to my daughter's swim lesson, then came home. I threw some venison filet mignon's on the grill, while the Mrs put together some fresh green beans and rice pilaf.
We hung out together and watched a movie.
My wife got me a card, a couple of flowers, and a couple of nice cigars (a 601 and a RP Olde Worlde, yum!)

Hahaha such a redneck. :D
I bought my valentine an assortment of balloons, a little teddy bear that's holding a fake rose, a couple candies and a card.
All for 7 bucks, hahaha.

Nice! Give hubby a high-five for me.
The night before I brought home some flowers (so she could enjoy them all day) and a few baskets of strawberries. Last night I cooked steaks with peppercorn sauce, sauteed (sp?) mushrooms and rice pilaf. My wife dipped the strawberries in chocolate and made some artery clogging chocolate cupcakes covered in some insanely-tasty kahlua-containing glazing.
We put our 19 month old to bed and asked our 4 year old to give us a few minutes to sit down and eat together. She proceeded to sit at the kitchen counter about 10 feet away from us quietly complaining to her My Little Ponies about how she wanted "special time" too.

I spent 60.00 dollars on flowers for her and she was stoked, delivered to her office at 9 am, plus her bday is in 4 days too!

Nice. Here's something fun if you feel like spending money.
Many moons ago when when there were no kids to feed, clothe, etc. I called a local florist (that I had used many times and knew made awesome arrangements). I asked what kind of arrangement she would build if cost was not an issue. She got super excited and started rattling off all the things she'd put into it, how beautiful it would look, blah blah blah. I told her to build it and deliver it to my wife at work.
DAMN, was it an awesome HUGE arrangement. She could barely get it into the car when she brought it home. Needless to say she was the talk of the company for weeks... good times!
