Well it might be stupid but i think it would be cool to play Riding With A Legend by Keith Brynt. i know its about Nascar and Dale E, but the song would fit if you put it with a real good driver (Legend) In an Incar cam and Stuff.
Here is the song i hope.
YouTube - Dale Sr Tribute

This Vid And song is also a good Tribut to one of the best Drivers in history.

I have a playlist on my ipod called "faster faster". Today I am attending "traffic survival school" for a speeding ticket I got (photo radar sucks:mad: ) while jamming out to the song on the following link. Whenever I play this in my car I will be screaming along with it and when I look down at the gauges I am "traveling at a speed greater than reasonable or prudent" (The citys opinion of what is reasonable or prudent is different than mine i guess) In the pic from my ticket I have a raised fist and my mouth is wide open screaming "gotta go!":D

Enjoy the video. Agnostic Front "Gotta Go"

I have a song that I think would work great at then end of a video.

The song is Reel Ten and the artist is The Plugz. Trivia, can you tell me what movie it was in?

Give you a hint, the movie is from the 80's.

Honestly, too many videos use too heavy of music a lot of the times. I like heavy, hard and fast but sometimes its just too much and is a turn off to others.

Also the distance.......by cake...Reluctantly crouched at the starting line, engines pumping and thumping in time. The green light flashes, the flags go up.
churning and burning, they yearn for the cup.

Metallica's cover of Ennio Morricone's Ecstacy of Gold from the movie, The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Listen to this just before I get in the truck to start a race.

I choose....

None.

I want to hear the roar of the engine, the whoosh of the landscape rushing by, the thump of running over obstacles.

That's the best part, why cover it up?

How about 'Down with the Sickness' by Disturbed?

I always saw it as right when the "Oh WA HA HA OW" (or however the truck you'd write that;) ) is when the front end would come up over the jump into view!

just my crazy idea

I would have to go with the Star Wars theme song. After seeing it in Ferris Bueler when the valet steals the Ferarri and jumps it in slow motion.. I was sold that is the way to start a freakin race movie!

I know what you mean. An engine that sounds like it's gonna blowup just inches away from you, or hearing (and feeling) the metal to metal "whack" when you bottom out, kind of reminds you this is dangerous stuff.... Listening to gravel ricocheting off the hood when you get passed, or the intercom relaying the guy next to to you gasp for breathe after a big hit, even the sound of your own heartbeat in your ears, there is really no "music" that complements the surreal feeling of running at warp speed offroad.

It would be cool to have an audio option on the DVDs so you can have the sound track on or natural sound. I think the problem is that most of the cams getting the footage would require an appropriate boom mic to get good clean natural sound and that is pretty hard to do. You would have to double your staff by having a sound guy in each location.

If every member of RDC pitched in $5.00 we could raise enough $$ for enough audio equiptment for the DP movies to provide natural sound at each cam. I'm in!

Cactus Videos used to have this feature on their DVDs, it is really cool to have it as an alternate audio option.

TT and all the big cars sound really awesome whith the only music that really matters a big horsepower engine, i will put it simply what would you prefered to listen, the 8 into 1 exhaust from the Duralast TT, the Truggy from John Herder or whatever metal song of your choice.
