I have a Toyota 3.4 with a gen 1 trd supercharger (170,000 miles)that came out of my 98 4runner (I rolled it). I am considering selling it but I am wondering how much it is worth. 5 spd tranny with newer centerforce clutch and complete wireing harness. All the other 4wd stuff and trd exhaust, rear end w/ factory locker too. Basically it is a bent frome with alot of desirable components on it.
If it does go up for sale, how much is it worth?

1st gen SC should be worth $750-1000
Moderate-high mi 3.4 with TRD goodies is worth $1500-$2K ...just a guess.
Don't know about all the other stuff, but the first 2 items are the most desirable.
Were you running a Fuel management System of any kind with the Supercharger?
I would love to take the engine stuff all off your hands....and build up a real nice 3.4, but I've got other priorities now.
Good luck,
Jon

I think the gen I sc is probably worth $1200 or more as these produced more boost than any other generation.

No, It was all dealership installed factory trd stuff only, nothing else. I did ad an intake system with a K and N filter. I never did get it on a dyno but I think it was at about 300hp. That was lots of power compared to all the regular toyotas. I really miss that truck.
Thanks guys. Now the engine is sitting on my hoist. Mocking me. :(

I don't know how much the TRD supercharger is worth, but you can always call the local salvage yards and ask them how much 98 or newer 3.4L's with wiring harnesses go for. Mind you, yours has alot of miles on it, so you'll need to take that into consideration.
Do the same with the rest of your driveline parts. The 2wd prerunner crowd over on TTORA is always looking for 4wd parts, including 4wd trannies, in order to do a 4wd conversion. You can always check out prices over on that forum as well to give you an idea.
