I agree his comment suck but it is a true statements. I think a person in his position should be a little more careful what he says. Seems the NASCAR boys never seem to think about what they say first and the ramifications of them. I also think the company is using it as a copout to get its money back. Looks like RG is going above and beyond what his contract requires to make up for the cancellation of Dakar which was obviously not his fault. I’m sure he spent most if not all that money leading up to the race seeing that they canceled it the day before of the start. The fact that he is going above and beyond what his contract requires a judge and jury will most defiantly take that in to consideration. If I was RG I would counter sue for the bad press if for only to get them to drop the case or pull there negative statements.
