I am not a big fan of Indian Gaming, but I am also not a big fan of the "zero" net loss being pushed by the environemntalists in all concerns of land development. If the Indians want to build a Casino that includes ather forms of recreation to draw people in, why shouldn't they? It is basically private land and they are looking at developing about half of it. What will be real interesting is if Gov. Davis uses his gaming control "pact" muscle to try and prevent any offroad park development because of the green influence lobby money he has accepted. San Diegp county needs some developed OHV areas, and here you have a non-state funded entity willing to build an ohv area without using Green Sticker funds, etc...Almost wish I was an Indian...

Sounds like I get to bring my Winchester and my CR. It's still about an hour out of San Diego. 4 tracks plus 1000 acres sounds NICE!!

i am so there ! personally i think since its there land they should be able to do what they want with it with out any outside interferance.
