the ones in the top 3. pro-2, 4, and lite
There is no payment for interviews and coverage, it is a real TV deal, it is not like a lot of the TV out there especially in the automotive and sports industries it is all free. They cover and feature the good stories and what makes sense. You do have to pay for commercials of course.
From Pomona Pro Lite got good coverage on Speed, we will see this weekend how the NBC shows stack up but it should be very simular.

thank you. the only other real TV deal was Ivan Stewart's pro truck stadium racing, and that lasted 1 race, the rest was all the more you pay the more you get played!

Yeah the top 3 spots thing sucked I hope they do something about that. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional. Heck Rome wasn’t built in a day I’m sure it took at least a week. All kidding aside the TV package is its best ever. The thing I find strange is when Corr got rid of the TV for the pro lite’s every body complained, now there is Live TV for them and I never heard one thing. IN fact I didn't even know The Pro-lite’s had it live until I got home and watched it for myself .Corr’s TV doesn’t work like desert racing were you have to pay for your coverage. Corr provides the coverage you provide the show and you’ll make it on TV. Weather that’s leading the race or wadding it up they leave that up to you.

At Impact they CORR had available time slots in 15 second per episode blocks (pro 2's and 4' only) for $69,000 for the season, this was in car camera footage and time

Yes your right Rich I forgot about that somehow and I spent money on it, as a sponsor you can buy "In car camera" time, basically pays for the expense that CORR has, if no one buys it they do not put a camera in a truck. As I said they are only covering their cost and as a sponsor you are paying for the hopes that the truck that has the camera is involved in some good action as the camera will be used more. you get 15 seconds no matter what but if there is good action you get more.

Isn't there always a little strategically placed logo/sticker in these shots too?
Yea that's why as a sponsor you pay for it. And don't take this as a negative. Before coming to the truck and off road market I was involved in sports car and rally from ALMS to WRC and all in car is paid for by sponsors and they do logo placement, same with NASCAR, Indy car and all that, it is standard.

I don't think its negative at all. Whoever wants to pay people to race I support. God knows I sure have had more than a few monster energy drinks. GO RG!
