That's actually pretty cool considering every pro-spec racer out there got a podium finish. It looks like you just might get a check after every race.

Way to go Ross! That reminds me of this Warren Buffett quote:

"I don't try to jump over 7-foot bars. I look around for 1-foot bars that I can step over."

oh.. and kudos to Boatec. First class all the way.

you missed the point.

in the FWIW column, my pro-spec was racing WITH pro-2's on 6 cylinders sunday. at 67.5 hp per cylinder thats a 400hp disadvantage. the pro-spec class is new this year and truck count is low for now but the class has HUGE potential.

I am still wondering why there were motor problems with a crate engine. I was under the impression that Pro Spec would be the class where the engine is the last thing to worry about.

Can you please let me know?

Thanks,
Mike

you are correct, the engine is supposed to be "plug n play" in these trucks. we (suspensions unlimited and i) are working to make sure they are just that but as with any new package in the off road environment we're learning.

mine actually burnt 2 plug wires, not sure why yet.

Do they make glass for street trucks?

I am positive they only make race bodies. They are the best in the biz for short course.

There are other companies that have the street trucks covered. What is your make & model of truck?
