The Pro Mod Class Is Pretty Exciting With HRT Motorsports Team Mates Todd Arthur & Regis Harrington Finishing First & Second Last Race. Todd Cunningham Was 3rd & Is Dominating The SxS Doubles Class. Corry Weller Was 4th & Lead A Lap Or 2 . She Won't Be There This Race But Hopes To Be Back Next Race. The Superstock Class Is Wide Open Since Regis Just Races The Pro Mods. Last Race Was Very Exciting. The Mini Buggies Are Being Dominated By The 2 Revolts. The Kids In The Trophy Karts Always Put On A Great Show. Keep Your Eyes On Sheldon Creed & Brandon Arthur. I Did Not Know The The 1400 Trucks Were Going To Race. They Put On A Great Show. Your Toyota Tundra Kinda Smoked Everybody Else. The Full Potential Superlites Are Really Fast & Exciting. Come On Out You Won't Be Dissappointed. The Crowds & The Racecar Counts Have Increased With Every Race. Lets Make Round # 4 The Best Ever. See You There. Look Us Up. We Will Be Flagging, Righting Overturned Race Cars & Dune Bunny Will Be Towing The Broken Race Cars Off With Our Rhino.

unfortunately we had a bad day, driver(JONO LIBBY) blacked out from dehydration(during practice). he went to the hospital to get checked out for safety. they split the classes into up 4cyl/v-6 and v-8s it seemed that we were running real fast. they ran the v-8s with the fpo trucks, but started the fpo's about 1/4 track ahead of the v-8s 1450s. we were second out for practice in the v-8s by the end of the practice laps(5 i believe) we had caught the fpo trucks, before blacking out, spinning out and going over the last turn berm and getting stuck.

by the way the truck exactly the same it was the last race Running on 7 cylinders.

Well it was another great day of racing at the Kalgard Lake Elsinore MX track. We came in third but I was pleased with how our sandrail performed. Jim from Buggy World fielded two Revolts and got 1 and 2nd place. These Revolts are hard to get in front of. The track was little wet and I managed to do two 360's on one of the bank turns. The Turbo 1100cc Joyner lost an axle/wheel. I want to thank Travis and Ken at DA for putting on a very well organized race. I also want to thank Randy, his family and employees for keeping the dust down and doing a great job prepping the track. Jumbo dogs only cost $2.00 and soft drinks were $2.00. I was very impressed with Full Offroad Potential Superlite Trucks. They were smoking. They definately have the fastesat lap times. The new Trophy Kart Elites with 250 Kawasaki engines were also tearing it up. If you have never been to this track I suggest you go to the next race.

WOW , just looked at the class 1450 rules and theres not limits on tube frames, engines, trans, diffs,or suspenions, all you need is a steel cab and doors that work on a hinge. WOW I thought I saw a 1450 truck at elsinore that had a fiberglass cab.

I went for the first time to spectate the event and to sum it up its where Rialto left off. The facility is larger and has additional motoX tracks. There are foot and beverage vendors. The races can be followed by the commentator over the PA.

It's a very nice venue and I can't wait to go back to hang out and run into offroad friends.

DRIVER UPDATE....

He's fine now. just got dehydrated and went to the hospital to get checked out, between the lack of eating in the morning, and the heat from sitting in the truck for 40 min in staging without enough water and no way for crew to walk him out some it took a toll on his body. his co-driver told the EMT's he was convulsing so that worried them, which is why he went to the ER. he did get himself out of the truck and walked himself to the ambulance.

thanks for all the concern

One of our drivers Nick owns Rotary Performance so we are thinking of dropping in a Rotary engine after seeing how well FPO Superlites ran the track this weekend. Our wheel base is 1/2 inch shorter than FPO and we weigh about 1100lbs. I am sure the current engine is even a little heavier the rotary. We are currently building a few single seat sandrails powered by a Honda 650cc and a Rotax 80hp that will give those Revolts a run for the money.

We all missed 450grl this weekend. Pretty women are in short supply at these races that can drive and win. When are you racing in Elsinore again 450grl?

I am sorry to hear about your driver. I am glad to hear he is okay. We also had to wait about 40 minutes while they wet down the track but there was a slight breeze blowing so it was not too bad. The next race will be even hotter in June. Maybe they can shorten the staging times by having the announcer tell the drivers to get ready for the next race. We could also due with a little less water on the track. We are the first up and the track was just to slick.

450Grl,

I am sorry, I thought you raced in more than one Class. Maybe we can get you into one of our Super-Karts in the future. We just started this racing series in Lake Elsinore with Travis and Ken at DA so it will take a while to build the series. Next year this this racing series will most likely evolve into a Single seat class and a Two seat Class. We are hoping to run a few more single seat sandrails at the next race.

Since it seems you shoot photos, I would think you would be one to know its not nice to hack off another photographers watermark even when using it in an avatar...

Even though Ive taken thousands of pictures, I can spot ANY of mine from a mile away... Please as a courtesy either remove it or change it to the one giving me credit
