Last Saturday, Chad Leising in his FPO Superlite spent the day racing in front of close to 2,000 Spectators from across Southern California at the SXS National Race Series at Kal Gard Motorsports Complex (formally known as the Lake Elsinore's MX Park). Off-Road Magazine also heard about Chad's Racing Career and Decided to Fly In Saturday to Shoot a Full Featured Vehicle Article on his Superlite during the races.

After Chad's strong finish in his last SXS National's race he knew exactly what it would take to have the truck in top notch condition and put him back on the podium for Saturday's race. Chad and his crew spent weeks dialing in the suspension to better accommodated the fast paced track as well as some fine tuning on his Mazda Rotary Motor. Chad came out telling us that he couldn't be any more prepared or confident in both his truck and himself after all the endless hours of prep work performed over the past two weeks.

Lining up for the first main event Chad found himself in the front of the pack by the end of the 1st lap and started pulling away from the other 15+ trucks behind him. After lapping a majority of the trucks on the track, Chad pulled his SuperLite across the finish line taking the Checkered Flag and Securing another 1st Place Win. Chad lined up on the start line for the final 8 lap main event. After the first lap Chad had already pulled away from the entire pack again and 3 laps later found himself lapping the rest of the V6 and V8 class. Chad took the Win in the race and the Overall Win throughout the day by placing 1st in Every Race.

With Huge plans for the future and his constant stride to stay in the top of his class, Chad has already started preparing for the next SXS Nationals Race June 14th. Chad has also begun getting the truck ready for both the Extreme Motorsports Expo in Orange County May 17th and 18th - where he will have his SuperLite on display in the DirtAlliance Building where it will be viewed by over 30,000 people - as well as The DirtAlliance Dirt Tour at Perris Auto Speedway May 31st.

Things are going awesome & we want to thank some of the sponsors including:

Full Potential OffRoad for building an outstanding truck

Powder 1 for always keeping the Truck looking fresh

& 4130 Clothing for supplying all the gear in the Pits

Without their amazing support none of this would be possible!

You guys looked great this past weekend. Those Rotary motors are the right choice. You looked like you had the fastest lap times? You could clearly see that the FPO Superlites dominated the track. Any idea what your lap time was? I am sure it was under 1 minute. FPO has built a great vehicle for this course in Elsinore and I am sure it will do well overall. They are the ones to beat.

I Think It Is The Same Size As A Trophylite But It Has A Mazda Rotary Engine & Is Built By Full Potential Offroad In Lake Elsinore. So Yes Another Truck Class.
