I hope he does well, but I thought he would do AWESOME in the charity drift event and he put the GTO into the wall... He did do good later that night so hopefully he'll do well at this as well. Has he ever done this type of dirt racing??? Unless they add some jumps, silt and San Felipe size whoops or let him drive the Monster Trophy Truck he may not do that well. Guys like Tony and Carl have been racing this since they were kids...

I got my tickets the other day.$25.00 bucks to see those guys beat and bang on each other sounds like a good deal to me! I hope RG runs. If he does I wonder who he is going to barrow a car from? I heard alot of the cup guys got new cars build for this race. I will be sure to take alot of point and clicks.

Dont forget RG fans we dont have to wait until the weekend to get our racing fix. This Wednesday Robby will be participating in the Prelude to the Dream dirt race. Supposedly he will be driving a Scott Blumquist chassis, and during his test he was faster than the last races pole time at whatever track the test was held.

Any predictions? Cant be any worse than Baja went... :rolleyes:

I have DirecTV and saw a preview for Prelude to a Dream on PPV. $24.95 for SD and $34.95 for HD. I have ordered the race and set my autotune.

I can't wait for Wednesday. Just got back from Baja and looking forward to watching RG race and finish.

Randy the reason they call it the Prelude to the Dream is the money raised goes towards the Victory Junction gang camp for kids. Last year the race raised $800,000 for the camp. This year VJG is starting to build a new camp in Kansas and Tony is wanting to raise $1,000,000 for the camp and $100,000 for Autism Awareness and then $100,000 for Tony's foundation. The reason he is adding $100,000 for Autism is because the man who is putting the whole TV package together from NBC is donating all his time and his donating all the equipment and cables and got the TV camera guys form NASCAR to do the shooting all for free. This guy from NBC's kid has Autism, so Tony thought he should also donate $100,000 to Autism for this mans effort.

I just got word from a guy who races at eldora.... Tony Stewart is under review by WOO (sanctioner of the race) for jumping the restarts..... If he is found guilty, he will be disqualified, and you know what that means, Robby will have the win..... :D I'll let you know when I hear more....
