;)I recently bought one of those cool little Sony Net Sharing video cameras. it records everything to an SD card in a MP4 format ready for the web or to be emailed. I am really enoying it with the family, the races and so on but now I want to start editing clips together. It will allow me to create new clips from start to stop points of video that i have recorded but I can not figure out how to merge all of those clips into one new video and i would also like to add music.
I have looked around on line and see all sorts of software to do the things I want but I need some suggestions. I do not need professional quality editing, nor do I have the skills or time to put a ton of effort into playing with this stuff so what does everyone suggest I use for software or services?

Thanks in advance for the help. ;)

These are the filetypes supported by windows movie maker (V 5.1 sp2), it comes standard with windows. Unfortunately mp4 is not on the list.

.asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv

You can try this freeware

Pazera MP4 to AVI converter works really well for getting your footage to work with Windows Movie Maker. In fact, I am converting some mpeg4's right now.
