Has anyone ever taken the CBEST aka California Basic Education Skills Test? I've heard it is easy. It's a test that is required in order to go into the credential program to become a teacher. I just signed up for it on June 14th in the Fullerton area. It's time to start studying. Wish me luck!

Yes. If you have basic skills you'll be fine. From what I remember, it's mostly lower level high school questions. I took mine a long time ago & passed on the first shot. Good luck.

Are you a teacher? Or did you take it for some other reason, b/c I'm worried about the CSET

WTH??????

I am a teacher so I took it for my file. I teach private school so I didn't need it but figured it wouldn't hurt. It is really easy, the answers are obvious, the essay section is "bing, bang, bongo:D"

Dont stress yourself out over this, really!
