Doesn't that go with the " Don't ask, don't tell" rule?

In the early days of NASA they insisted that the astronauts stay hydrated, equipping their helmets with a badly-designed drink tube. Every time they turned their head right a little bit of Tang would squirt inside their helmets, leaving them with orange complexions. (Since it was broadcast in black & white nobody at home knew about that, nor the fact that the potassium and the zero gravity combined to make them all fart so bad they almost overwhelmed their air systems).

Thats what happens with an international space station. Nobody knows who broke the toilet.
