Yeah I watch the show sometimes. I used to watch it all of the time but it got kind of boaring because it was just a bunch of guys sand bagging there rides. It was a good idea on paper but I don't think that it works out to well in real life. There are only a few of the shows that have stand up racers in them that go Ballz out everytime. Plus, I think that lengths are for pussys. Run what you brung, they are supposed to say ahead of time what kind of car they are supposed to bring. They will say, "okay, were looking for cars that run about a mid 10 quarter with so much horse power"....etc. But what happens is some guys brings a race car and the other brings a peice of crap car with a few mods on it and wants 20 lengths.

My dvr records all new episodes so I don't have to deal with th reruns. I have a splitter on my box and ran a coaxial to the garage so I can watch it in there while I am working on something. I watch nascar and corr etc out there also. It kinda keeps me company and keeps me motivated out there. Thats where the beer fridge is too.

Honestly, I havent watched any of this season yet. I have 'em saved and do my own marathon every now and then. I do admire the cajones it takes to put your car on the line if you lose.

yeah ..very true ... its sad to watch a guy that has his heart and soul poured into a bad*ass car.. and has to hand it over to some to some guy that cheated and built his car 2 weekes before ..... but PINKS ALL OUT is good ... cause the cars are close in times.. and its free the arguing drama about how many car lengths they need

My son and I watch both Pinks and Pinks all out... Sometimes my wife watches with us but the show frustrates her to no end with the sandbagging and Rich obviously siding for one driver or the other during negotiations...

We (Bully Dog) did the show in 2006, we raced our Dodge Cummins against a S10 with a big block. In 4 races we won 3 times and took the guys truck, it is all legit. I had to sign the title over to the TV show right before the race and then got it and our competitors back at the end of the races. Now there are a lot of side deals that go on, the guy we were racing wanted to make a pre-race deal that we traded back in the end, which we refused to do. The show knows this stuff goes on and tries to keep it out of the race facility but it still happens. Now there is a lot of fake and creative editing that goes on.
The guy we raced created a lot of hype and drama on camera, later we found out it was all about the camera time, he wanted to be seen. And then the editing is creative as they put some stuff together that is out of place.

We took the guys truck to SEMA in 2006 and raffled it away at our annual after hours party. The guy that won it was approached at our party by the guy we won it from (he was there as guest, we knew he wanted it back bad), he tried the lowball approach which did not work, ended up paying like $8000.

Pinks, fake or not for some reason I watch every episode, I couldnt stop laughing when he dumped the bike. Especially when he immmediately took his shirt off. I think he's been itching to do that along time.

Dealiest Catch is awsome and I have to admit I like Axe Men. There's something about Red Necks cutting down trees and bitchin about it all day that keeps me watching-

We campaigned our truck throuigh the 2006 drag race season and then sold it to a dealer of our in Canada. It is now painted orange and has been converted to a full race truck, it runs the various diesel drag circuits. When it ran on Pinks it was a street truck, yea it looked like a race truck but it was full on street legal, insured and registered.
Before that the company had never been involved in motorsports of any kind, that was the first thing I did with the company. After it worked out so well it was easy selling ownership that motorsports was where we belong.

I used to be into Drag Racing bigtime when I was a teen but branched off to off-roading. As of late, I am gaining interest again because there is so much technology involved. It's truly and "engineers, motorsport".

Also, a good friend will be competing in the PINKS All-out in Sonoma soon.

I watch AxeMen so I can show my wife what I did when I lived up in Oregon. I went out with a small crew and fell trees, it was pretty crazy work and frickin hard. I was the grunt, got to schlep fuel and chain saws up and down the mountain all day, also got to run one of the hydro pumps to sway a tree in the right direction. Tough job, makes me glad I do what I do.

Pinks gets a bit dull after awhile and like said it should be heads up no matter what you brought. If you can compete then you should not have entered. Also seems like there are more shops building cars just for the event compared to when the show first aired and it was all local people running what the owned.
