Does Erendira have any fireworks stands?

I'm leaving at O'dark-thirty tomorrow and want some spark-ables for the evening...Hitting tech/cont and then traveling south. Are there any there or on the way (without stopping in Rosarito)? Thanks.

Umm, I went through this big hassle 2 years ago. We asked around and were told some guy sells them out of his house, so we knocked on the door but no answer? So we ended up with nothing.

You can get them in Puerto Nuevo (lobster village), down at the end of the street. Easy off and on the tollroad without having to drive into Rosarito

He lives close by to the police station on top of a little hill.
I dont know maybe its the wrong person, but i have purchased fireworks in Erendira, the Guy had a good selection, everything from m80's to those long ones that pop in the air...

Mexico without fireworks just doesn't seem right. Nothing goes better with Tecate than explosives.:D

why not buy them off the main drag in ensenada at one of the MANY places that have them? i must be a sissy i have never bought fireworks in mexico.

Probably noon or 1pm for the first bike. First TT around 4 or 5. Plenty of time to get down there!

THere is a good lil fireworks store about 1 mile in on the road to estero beach - just at the corner where you turn left to resort. Also I heard a guy in Erindira sells them from his home--house has decals all over the front door.


Last year cars came thru around 2:00 ish??---- dont know this years course?

Haha, my friends son saw me post this, told my friend, he called me and asked me if I was going and that he'd tag along and help with gas. Last minute plans are the best!

If I didn't have an expired passport I'd be very tempted to blast down there myself. A little south swell on tap too...Have a safe and fun trip!

True, I've been going back and forth the last couple of days to get my teeth worked on and all I've used is my DL and Birth Cert. Sure sucks being so close to the race, yet so far away.
