They can take detroit pretty easy but Boston will be tough. they were 0-2 against them in reg season play. They have a great chance.

The Laker's have been playing great lately! They are getting off to cold starts and then Kobe takes over. It's great to see. I believe they can with against both Eastern Conference teams. Detroit will be tough but if they play Boston I think it will go to 7 games and be a battle to the end. If they play good (like game 4 against San Antionio, where they one by 30) they will bring the World Championship trophy back to LA sooner than we know it.:)

Pistons will be easier for them the Boston because Boston likes to play a high intensity, fast moving game just like the Lakers. But a Boston Lakers final would be sweet!

I'm not a big lakers fan, clippers all the way!! (i know the clippers aren't to good, but at least I'm not hopping onto the lakers band wagon). I do think they might be able to pull it off though, as much as I hate to admit it, they are lookin really good. Boston just clinched the east, should be a good series, we will see what happens. The old rivalry is revived, should definitely be interesting.

I think the Lakers beat one of the best teams this season, San Antonio Spurs.
Lakers did an awesome job eliminating SA for W Finals. It would be ashame

didnt get to watch the game but was following the ticker here at work. it seems the celtics didnt play there top guys. It was the 3rd qtr and garnett only had 2 points also the guys who played well in game 2 were also very low scoring.

I know its not likely but it seemed boston gave the game to LA.

I watched about 30min of it this time. The most ive ever watched of a game lol. It was good but Boston was just playing like crap if you ask me in the 4th quarter. I think LA had about 10 unanswered points toward the middle of the 4th.....

Celtics should have gone for more dunks and more 3 pointers. Lakers didn't deserve to be in the Finals after a game like that. What kind of message does that send? Just give up? Complain about the other team's lack of class for blowing their sorry asses out of the water? I love how some of the fans suggested the Lakers should commit flagrant fouls for the Celtics' relentless effort to the end....which would suggest that not only do the Lakers suck ass and have given up....but they're sore losers too? And he proved again that he can't play defense. Bottom line the celtics should be even better next year after playing together for only one year. If Ray Allen never had a shooting slump in their first two series, I bet they could of gone undefeated in the playoffs!!:D:D It is just now coming out that he had his sick baby on the back of his mind this whole time.
