What ever happened to the whole thing with being able to get the RDC stickers before Laughlin? Are they going to be available soon?

If you are in Laughlin now, try to find John. Check the bar in the Ramada at night or look for people wearing red, blue or gray RDC shirts. He could be one of them, and he has the stickers.

I cant make it to laughlin just bought a house last night and dont have any money left right now to stay anywhere. Is there any way that I could get them by mail? Thanks
