Has anyone here tried the 930 CV's sold at Pacific Customs or Moore? They both sell a 'race prepped' lightened cv for about $100 less than Kartek. Both say they're german cv's with 4130 cages. I know that Karteks are lobro brand and used a polished 300m cage. Niether PC or Moore can give me the make of their cv's, but I know thet're not EMPI, those are even cheaper. Is saving the $400 buck worth it? Oh yeah, these will be used on a 1-1600.

Thanks in advance - Jeremy

you get what you pay for and i bet they are empi,s which is junk.i would be a little worried about why they wont give you the mfg of there cv,s.sounds fishy

i use them on my car but it is more of a prerunner than a real 5car but so far they have worked good i have maybe 19 hours on them and there is no play at all, but i dont know if i would trust them over Karteks for real racing

OK...after futher research, I would only be saving about $100 going with the 'german brand' from P/C. Not enough savings for me, going to stay with the tried and true....here I come again Kartek!
