5X5.5 lug pattern using 2wd ranger beam ends??

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get 5X5.5 lug pattern with using 2wd ranger beam ends(giant equal length beams). I know there are some custom "race spindles" out there, but they cost $800 plus. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The stock 2WD F-150 spindle will go on the late model Ranger beams if you drill out the lower ball joint taper. The height and alignment cam is the same.

I've been reading about this lately, does anyone have pics? Does the F1 balljoint not taper? Or does the hole need to be drilled to a larger taper? This is with the cast beam spindles, correct?

The lower is still tapered, just a larger diameter. It needs to be so it can handle the vertical loads.
