View Full Version : Aluminum Air Cleaner housing....

Here is an air cleaner housing that I built for my buddies Pre-Runner this last weekend.

The housing is .063" and the top mounting bracket is .125". I hand formed the housing with the aid of my slip-roll. The filter is a UNI filter.

I also built the Mass-air flow mount in .125" cold rolled steel.

Looks good-did you use CAD for layout, or did you just go for it? The part came out real clean!

Thanks. No CAD.... Just figured the circumference and the added material needed for the scroll curve and went to town.

Yep , he does. This was for Kevin Davis's Pre-Runner. He's a good friend of mine and definitely appreciates it.
