what main jet are you running?

Jetting is what killed us in the beginning. Lean it out and you should see an improvement. Also, assuming you're running a 4.12 Ring and Pinion, if you go to a 4.37 you'll have more acceleration, just not as much strength.
We run a 4.12..

Check your needle and seat, they should be replaced occasionally. Also check your float height.

I have the solution, Jamie gets his fat ....uhhh..you know, out from behind the wheel and gives a little push up the sand wash....:)
He drops some weight and we go faster, a win sitution.
That little motor ran the better part of one lap with no air filter and for some distance a sock over the carb!!!
