CNC closing/closed?

Based on this press release:

it sounds like CNC has closed its doors. Their website is still up though. Curious if anyone else knows anything about this?

I was at CNC a week or two ago, and they were still open. I know that Chuck was looking for a buyer for the company as he and his wife are looking to retire. Things have slown down and as of right now CNC has stopped paying contingency as the economy has caused them to cut back allot. But as of a week or two they were still open and they did not make any reference that they were closing the doors.

I heard the same rumor several months ago... as far as I know it's not true.
