Here is the result from tonight's drawing of the starting positions.

How long before ClintTorres and Brandon go through the pack... I'm guessing by mile#10 one of them is first on the road. In the end I'll take the ClintTorres, Yoda look-a-like, by 15min.:D

Asking for some info about this race.. looks to be 3 laps in the past, what is the milage, how is pit access and where is the race at usually? and is the South Point casino the best to stay for the race Thanks!

Dave - This years race is going to be at Primm. Buffalo Bills is the host hotel and everything is there even though it is the Southpoint SNORE 250. From what I have heard 60-70 mile loops. You guys would probably do 3 laps. 2-3 Outlying pits plus Main.

Kevin...thanks. My job keeps interfering with the racing schedule, I had to pass on the next DRIVE and now going to see if I can make the SNORE race.
Luckily I am good for this weekends MORE race.

Kevin... and SNORE 9 guys..HELP!

Is this course the same as the SCORE couurse just raced on?
I will be short crewed can one chase truck handle the two pit areas looks to be night ranch road on the SNORE forumn?
Spare tire on car the usual for SNORE races? I heard it was a good idea due to chase access?

Sorry for the all the questions but I dont know and trying to make it happen.

I don't know of the course will be the same by I suspect it will. I know the pits will be in the same EXACT locations as posted on the SNORE board. Not sure about chasing Knight Ranch Road. I would be skeptical becasue there is a 25 mph speed limit on that road on race days....Seriously.

I would not race a Nevada race without a spare on the car. 60-70 mile loops with only 2 outlying pits. Send me your contact info. I might just know a guy who is the race director for a Pit Club and might know that pit club is going to be at this race. Just don't ask me how I know ;)

I was reading the SNORE board and it looks like it also lists a penalty for this class and class 3000.. any idea what that could be?

Not sure Dave. I didn't hear of any penalties related to the race. I know one team (don't know who though) was DQ'd before the race for speeding and passing the lead car on the prerun.
