Hey, it isn't giving up, it's called trying to sell it cause I can. I have a guy picking it up Friday from Santa Monica. And Shred625, GOOD thing you didn't make that statement like you wanted, cause you can't even finish the top of your car, in the time I fab. a complete chassis. I am starting another chassis on Monday, WITH an extra $1200 to play with because I soold this one. TREY NO DIRECT COMMENT TOWARDS YOU.

I have a lot of choice words about that comment that I am not going to air out in this forum...... but I think you get my feeling on it.

Let's get real then, I can build a bad ass car, with quick turn around, when did
giving up= selling a car, especially when it is almost done. The comment just didn't make since, especailly coming from a beginner like yourself.

"bad ass" is reserved for cars that have a performance history, proven fabrication theory and built safe. To consider one's skill or design "bad ass" otherwise is a misuse of the term IMO...

Trey....you have a point there, this car hasn't proven itself, but the past 8 years of my fabication and track record, show that my work is " bad ass" so looking at my past track record, i can promise that this car will be a winning design, successful chassis, & safe.-just like my class 5 open car.

What 5 open did you build?? Hasn't 5 open been kinda a dormant class for awhile??

I think you meant ACME has a point (our avatars look similar, kinda, at first, well sorta)

I didn't mean anything by my original question. I was only asking if you'd given up because I had hoped to see you racing in class 9. That's all, nothing more.

Good luck. You know how to get a hold of me if you need any help/advise/suggestions/opinions/whatever

Trey

look sorry if I came off as a dick. I just took what you said from the beginning wrong. I am excited with this build, have had a lot of possitive feedback here at my shop, so I thought I might as well make a nice profit on it, and put that towards another build. I am looking forward to racing soon with all of you in the 9 class. sorry didn't mean it, WE all misunderstood each other. ALWAYS RACING not personal, just options right?
